Responsibilities:

Independent recruitment of project and communication with customers, analyze the job requirements, to provide customers with advice or guidance

Looking  for candidates through various channels or guide researcher to work

Interview and select candidates to recommend suitable candidates

Arranging interviews, and solve the problems encountered in the interview process;

Salary negotiation ,and background checks of candidates according to customer requirements;

The candidate pre-, during, and after tracking service, and to provide candidates with appropriate professional development proposals;

Maintain good relations with clients and candidates, understand the market dynamics, to find and tap the business information for business development;

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above;

Executive search industry for more than three years experience or consulting industry, Internet, software and related industries for more than three years work experience priority telephone sales experience is preferred;

Good communication, good analysis and aggressive;
